We handle every premium painting with the utmost care. Orders for our sourced original works are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and 2-3 business days for high-end prints. We offer professional domestic and international shipping via elite carriers for all art sales. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, please document the packaging and artwork immediately and contact our office within 48 hours for a prompt resolution.

Refund Policy
Returns are eligible for non-commissioned inventory within 14 days of delivery. Fine art items must be returned in their original condition and professional packaging. Custom-sourced commissions and digital products are non-returnable. To initiate a return for a purchased painting, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and secure inspection of the returned artwork.
